Nikki Stanton and Deborah Callaway set up Stylish Dining in 2003. Having a combined experience of 30 years in the Catering and Hospitality industries they were spurred on to branch out on their own by the consistent lack of food quality and standard and a marked decline in customer service-the benchmarks by which the whole of the Catering and Hospitality industries are judged.

With the belief that whatever the request or the cost, the food and service offered should be of the same consistently high standard, quality and presentation delivered with a high level of professional, polite service without the stand-offish attitudes often associated with those levels. In conclusion they believe both the host and the guests should be provided with a unique experience to exceed all expectations.
