Staffing For Functions

We can provide staff for any event, please contact us for further information. To give you an idea you'll find some current charges detailed below

Event organiser (Decided after discussions regarding your event)

Chefs £15.00 per hour (5 Hour minimum)

Waiting Staff £12.50 per hour (5 hour minimum)

Bar Staff £12.50 per hour (5 Hour minimum)

After midnight the above rates rise to time and a half Bank Holiday rates are charged at Double Time

Staff charges are not subject to V.A.T

Below is a guide to how many staff you may need

Breakfast & Brunch 1 staff per 15 guests

Finger Buffets 1 staff per 15 guests

Party Menu 1 staff per 20 guests (+ chef will be required)

Cold Buffets 1 staff per 15 guests

Hot Buffets 1 staff per 15 guests (+ chef will be required)

Dinner Parties 1 staff per 8 guests (+ chef will be required)

Banqueting 1 staff per 18 guests (+ chef will be required)
